The AI tutor won't respond — what's wrong?

The Tutor tab needs an internet connection. Practice questions, flashcards, and progress tracking all work offline; the AI tutor does not. If you're online and still stuck, quit and reopen the app, or email us with the question you were trying to ask.

I answered a question but it didn't show up in Progress

Progress reflects questions answered in Practice, Quick 10, Mock Exam, and Custom Quiz sessions. Questions you just discuss with the tutor don't count toward the accuracy stats — only graded answers do.

Which syllabus does the app cover?

Cambridge IGCSE 0625 and Edexcel IGCSE 9-1 physics. You choose one during onboarding and can switch from the Settings tab. Every question, flashcard, and topic list filters to your chosen board.

How do I change or remove my exam date?

Settings → Exam date → Change exam date (or Remove exam date). The countdown banner on Practice and Progress updates immediately.

Can I export my progress?

Yes. Settings → Export study data produces a CSV with every question you've answered, the topic, difficulty, and whether you got it right. Useful for sharing with a tutor or a teacher.

Does it work on iPad?

Yes — with a proper split-view sidebar layout in landscape and a stacked tab layout in portrait. iPadOS 17+.

What about widgets?

There are two: a Quick Quiz tile that launches a 10-question drill on tap, and a Formula of the Day tile that rotates through the formula flashcards. Add them from the home screen widget gallery.
